Resolved - We experienced a service disruption impacting access to the iLab platform beginning around 6:30 PM EST on May 30, 2025. Our teams worked diligently to identify and resolve the issue, and full service was restored approximately two hours later.

We acknowledge that real-time updates were limited during the incident, and we appreciate your patience as we focused on restoring functionality as quickly as possible. We are reviewing our internal processes to improve communication and response for future events.

The iLab platform is now fully operational. If you continue to experience any issues, please reach out to our support team.
